Request instructions
Delete LeonVox-held WhatsApp information
Follow these steps to ask for deletion of current WhatsApp information held in the LeonVox service.
How to submit a request
- Email privacy@leonvox.com with the subject LeonVox Data Deletion Request.
- Include the WhatsApp phone number used for the conversation in international format, the name of the business and location you contacted, and an approximate conversation date.
- Do not send message content, passwords, one-time codes, access tokens, or government identification in the first email.
Verification
LeonVox will identify the relevant business and location and coordinate with the business where needed. Additional verification may be required before a request can be fulfilled. A phone number by itself does not authorize access to or deletion of information.
What the request covers
After verification and authorization, the deletion process removes current LeonVox-held WhatsApp conversation, message, delivery, and webhook records for the verified business-location scope. Work that is actively being delivered may need to reach a safe terminal state before deletion can complete.
LeonVox keeps content-free evidence that a privacy operation occurred. That record does not contain your phone number, message text, WhatsApp message identifier, provider payload, credential, or free-text note.
What the request does not cover
This process removes records held in the LeonVox database. It does not delete information held independently by Meta, WhatsApp, Google Calendar, the business you contacted, or another provider. Contact those organizations directly for their records and request processes. A later message sent to the business is a new interaction and may create new LeonVox records.
Other privacy requests
