LeonVox WhatsApp Business Messaging

This notice explains how Aslan AI Systems LLC handles information when a person communicates with a business through the LeonVox WhatsApp Business Messaging service.

Effective and last updated: August 29, 2026

This notice is limited to LeonVox WhatsApp Business Messaging. The business you contact may have its own privacy notice and may make separate decisions about information it controls.

This legal website

These legal pages do not use analytics, forms, advertising trackers, application cookies, or client-side JavaScript. Vercel hosts the pages and may process routine request information needed to deliver and protect them under its own terms. LeonVox does not combine that hosting information with WhatsApp conversation content.

Information we receive and process

How we use information

LeonVox processes this information to:

LeonVox does not use WhatsApp message content for advertising. Automated AI systems may process messages to understand a request, prepare a response, and use the business capabilities that are authorized for that conversation.

Service providers and disclosures

Information is available to the business you contacted and may be processed by service providers that support the requested interaction. These currently include Meta and WhatsApp for messaging transport, LiveKit for the interaction runtime, Google Cloud for application hosting, Neon for database hosting, Google Calendar when appointment functionality is used, and Vercel for this legal website. Providers process information under their own terms and privacy notices.

We may also disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect the security, rights, or safety of users, customers, the service, or others.

Retention

The current LeonVox WhatsApp data limits are:

The content-free privacy record does not contain a phone number, message body, WhatsApp message identifier, provider payload, credential, or free-text note. Meta, WhatsApp, Google Calendar, or another provider may retain information under its own terms and configuration. LeonVox cannot delete provider-held records through its own database process.

Security

LeonVox uses technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the service. These include verification of signed WhatsApp webhook requests, restricted business and location access, and controls intended to prevent one customer or location from accessing another customer's data. No method of transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Your choices and requests

You may ask about, request a copy of, or request deletion of current LeonVox-held WhatsApp information. We must verify the relevant business, location, and request authority before acting; a phone number alone is not sufficient authorization. See our data-deletion instructions for the request process and scope.

Changes to this notice

We may update this notice when the service or its information practices change. The effective date above identifies the current version. Material changes will be published at this stable URL before they apply to new processing where required.
